Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Consultant for ERPNext to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ERPNext’s financial modules for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial processes, customize ERPNext to meet their needs, and ensure a smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting & Implementation: Work directly with clients to implement ERPNext financial modules, including accounting, budget management, and financial reporting.

• Customization: Tailor ERPNext to align with the client’s financial workflows and business processes.

• Training & Support: Provide training and post-implementation support to users, ensuring they can maximize the platform’s benefits.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ERPNext financial modules with other business operations like inventory, sales, and HR.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop customized financial reports and dashboards within ERPNext to help clients track key metrics and financial performance.
• Compliance & Auditing: Assist clients in ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and internal audit.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial consulting, accounting, or ERP implementation (ERPNext experience preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of ERPNext’s financial modules, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with Egyptian tax regulations and local accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience with financial reporting and data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in ERPNext or related ERP platforms.
• Experience in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages used for ERPNext customization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
